Thanks for the reminder about the nip and monocle! The lag is brutal right now.... I've lost several pumpkins because of it! :( At least it comes back up fairly quickly... usually! :D

Also if you TOT at a random house (link on the news page under staff forum posts on the right) your wait time is about half, 5 minutes compared to 8-10. [tot=StarShadow]

I don't think so, I thought they had the random house TOT last year as well. The lag is still bad and making the quests strange. They keep saying I don't have the items but when I go to inventory I do have them & have to keep going back and forth to get the quest done. Ugh. And it's taking forever to post. It just sits there saying making your post. Also trying to autoprice my shop & it's just been sitting there saying loading items. Can't get hardly anything done. Might have to give up and try to do quests tomorrow. Arg. :( [tot=StarShadow]

any of you guys using chrome? does your subeta look extra blurry as well? anyone know any fix to this?

edit: nvm. i just stick to firefox for now. better visibility. other site is a little blurry in chrome too but subeta is much worse.

I'm hoping to be able to grab a minion nip but I need to wait a bit and do more quests/games for now. Hopefully prices don't inflate too much.

I need pumpkins! Jumps up in down in pumpkin patch, me me! Out of all the collections (even the plushie one which is my 2nd fav) I really wanted to get pumpkins! I even won a pumpkin carving contest representing my historical society (competing against adults... tougher competition). I have a thing for pumpkins :)

I'm using Chrome & it's not fuzzy.

Yes this car will have to last me a long time since it will be my last because I can't afford payments so can never get a new one. Anyway, I will send you some pumpkins in a little while. Good luck with getting them all. But sometimes it's easier to just buy the less expensive ones than carve because you get a lot of repeats.

I'm also aiming to get the carving achievements ;) Sometimes used cars are easier to get, as long as they're in good shape. Car resellers often give little so users sell direct and get a bit more but it's less than resellers. However, fingers crossed yours will last a long time :) As long as it runs who cares about what model/year it is, unless it's a batman mobile it just doesn't compare :P

Actually it's a nice car, a Mazda RX8 sports car. I hope it lasts a very long time.

A couple more tips for this holiday. Keep a small kitchen timer by the computer. When you TOT, then try to TOT again to get the wait time then set the timer. That way you can walk away for a few minutes to do other stuff. I also use this for dancing, kissing, etc., any timed event. Also if you TOT on a "TOT the person above" board you get double because for every TOT you do someone else TOTs you. ;)

I use countdown timers on my computer and use different rings for each type of event. I can also set it to help me reduce my time on the computer so I rest ;)

Sounds like a nice car. I'm the type it has 4 wheels it's a car, a van, or a truck. Horrible knowing what looks like what.

I don't know if my computer has count down timers, it probably does but I've never had time to look/figure them out. And advantage to the kitchen timer is that I can take it with me if I'm going to be at the other end of the house and won't hear the computer. Site seems to be lagging a little bit but not as bad as last night.
