I'm so sorry if this is the incorrect forum on reporting these, but I am a pretty old user that stops in from time to time without actually understanding some of the fixes or errors that have come through the years, or what is thee popular errors!
I'm not sure if achievements are broken for everyone still, but every holiday I get the "general" achievements repeatedly plastered on my event page. Be it with the "kisses", the trick or treating, tps, egging, flowering and now Melody -- if there is a basic "send an item to a user!" I get it repeatedly despite having a few years into.. doing these things. And, I get it multiple times which eventually gets tedious on removing them. Is there a glitch on my specific account or is this just happening for everyone?
As for the skins for the wardrobe, I'm pretty sure I have some missing which is one error to fix alone, but this last halloween I was able to get zapped a few times and actually get some of the skins I seem to miss every year! Unfortunately, it doesn't allow me to just have the base avatar (ignoring the limb additions), and I have heard this is an option even if you are a zombie? It gives me the koi skin (which in the wardrobe itself-- it tells me I don't have it?/it's greyed out still?) and when trying to put on completely different skins, I do not have the option of even viewing other skins in the wardrobe.
I tried to be specific but if any of this needs to be brought to someone else's attention, please tell me! If I need to go more into detail, just let me know. I'm just an ol' bab trying to get all this new technology on subeta to work! ;3;
Saturday I was infected with the classic virus, but I still don't see any kind of progress. Is this normal?
Wow this board is from last year. Sorry I didn't see this but here are the answers. There are multiple tiers to these achievements, that is why you are getting the events more than once. As for the skins, when you go to the skins tab, there is a button that says to remove it. You cannot have the base avatar and a skin at the same time because the skin is replacing the base. There are ways of covering it but that is with actual wardrobe items (I am working on a virus right now but I have it covered).
Being able to wear the koi skin even when it is greyed out is an issue that should be fixed with the new wardrobe.
Although we don't have a necro rule in Problems and Bugs, it is better to make your own board if the issue isn't the same. I don't think in this case that the issues are the same in this case. If you go to https://sapi.subeta.net/avatar/hexes/base/642638.png you can see what stage your virus is in. You are currently on Stage 2 which is about normal. You can see the stages at the bottom of http://www.subetalodge.org/page/name/2009_virus_strains.

See the achievements with tiers is what I thought as well but I also noticed items say, kissing or trick or treating, were reset a long time ago for me? Maybe during a loading switch when Subeta moved some of its servers, I know some time ago there was a glitch with achievements where a lot of their statuses were lost for a lot of users and if the user didn't know exactly where they were.. it seemed they would have to restart. So after awhile I've sort of accepted that I have to start from the bottom but esp during Christmas, I'd get one achievement for tping/egging a user, and then that same achievement would be spammed 4 or 5 times in my notification bar! So it became a matter of just getting the same exact achievement with a looping error. xD
It's gotten a lot better but I noticed it during survival still where I'll get a new kiss from a user, forehead, cheek, and if I didn't have that achievement before (or maybe I did?) it'll still tell me three or four times. xD
As for the koi skin, I accepted I wouldn't get an answer on this so I had 'cured' myself in the beginning of this Survival during the soft panic of people trying to get their infections started. Someone said if you went through and got yourself cured by the healer (and at the time, zapped removed) it'd help the avatar load but I found out quickly it didn't matter with the new wardrobe system! The new system is absolutely lovely and with Survivial a lot of the skin issues were fixed for me, but the koi skin I did have on from the original avatar still didn't give me access via the new system. I can get my other skins and take off the base, but it never gave me that 'you got this skin and can use it!' from the koi skin.
Although it's not the end of the world by any means I'm a collector for these kinds of things. :C

Yeah with the achievements there was a point where you had to have imported your achievements but that was years ago and I think there is no way of doing it anymore. I can ask if you would like me to?
Sorry about the koi skin though. That is a really weird situation. The good news is that you'll be able to get it again this year for Morostide!

Oh gosh I'm showing my age here! That's why I was afraid to ask, I knew it was some time ago but 'some time ago' for me is.. forever ago for anyone else! I would love that actually, my only fear is everything I have done since then would be removed.
And ahh! That's why I was having so much trouble trying to figure it out, but Morostide-- that's okay I'm sure I'll be all over skins then, thank you!
I asked and if you file a ticket, they will look into your situation and see what they can do. As far as I know they won't mess up anything you have already gotten now.
