Why wasn't the server push done this morning in the downtime?

Also I am still seeing errors and lags lots of lag. Preparing another server push for the next 30 minutes to work on errors! why was this push not done this morning during the downtime?

Update: December 4: Still happening today. Really bad lots of errors/lag. Why wasn't this fixed?
