Thank you and staff for biting the bullet and spending more, even overlapping services to get the site where it NEEDS to be rather than fiscal scrimping and waiting out the contract. I look forward to seeing is this is the move that finally gets Subeta stable and able to remain up/error free for long periods of time.
I do hope that everyone that is able to troubleshoot errors is scheduled to be online this weekend, in case there are any unexpected issues from the move.
Also, the last time there was scheduled downtime (10/4/16), you said that social media would be updated and it was not. Can you please ensure that it really happens this time?
While I don't really understand most of the technical pieces of this post (I am still grateful you've simplified it for those of us who are technically-impaired)...I say smart move :D "6. NO LOCK IN. This is key and an obvious learning of the situation that we are in now. If at any time we aren't happy with Aurora, we can leave......" = Better service overall! I would assume they'll continually strive to maintain solid services so as to retain their customer base. Good luck to you guys! <3
