The newest pet I've gotten I actually grabbed today! I am obsessed with greens and blues despite having a strong minimal grey/white/black aesthetic, and they're a Scribble Experiment . Honestly I might end up making them a chibi eventually. The chibi and the scribble are just incredibly adorable I can't handle it!

My newest is Faythe! I've been wanting a nostalgic pet forever and I was lucky enough to have a essence of melody sold to me for way under the normal price ;w; He was a just a lilac Tigrean I rescued from the pound

I've had Xanyr for a bit now, and just hadn't found the right color/pet species for him yet. I finally found one. Your pet has changed into a Dusk Zentu! - Once I save up for an aqua potion. Now my Medic has a reason for such high intelligence. Even better I can work with the size and color for his character. Finally. I can complete him. ^_^ I am rather excited about this.

I gave in today and finally added Lansky to my stable.

I just created Beauitfly, Pokémon name. And Packers, after the green bay packers. Kind of excited by the name snags!

My newest newbie is Fa. I saw her name on the available names thread and immediately my head started singing, "Fa, a long, long way to run." And being a fan of the Sound of Music, Julie Andrews, musicals in general, and singing, I knew I had to have her. XD

I picked spectrum kumos because I like the way they look like they're leaping/running. It also makes it easier to think of her as "sister" to Imagina, my spectrum ruffie.

Eberhard, but i'm not 100% sure what his character will be yet. I'm thinking a spirit child who lives in the woods where he died, but doesn't know he's a spirit.

Ribsy, Minoux, and Sofja are my newest three (meaning I got them sometime in 2016, I'm maaad inactive right now so nothing is like literally new, but these ladies still feel very new). Sofja I was thrilled to find available as one of my much older pets Amos is based on a song that refers to a Sophia/Sofia/Sofja (Meteor City, it's a nice song), so it's cool to finally have his counterpart. Minoux is just a name I like and I have no real plans figured out but she's really cute. And then Ribsy is like the odd pet out, I saw her in the pound and that's one of my dogs main nicknames so I nabbed her. The sweetheart kumos looks exactly like her so now she has a subeta identity

Since I'm soooo obsessed with crocheting and knitting, I felt like I needed a pet for this obsession... but all the good names were gone, so I had to resort to german again xD Say hello to Nadelspiel!

I just created Iodine fresh from a clearing :D It's the name of one of my favorite Leonard Cohen songs, so I knew I had to have it, especially after his passing. Now I just have to decide on a character idea.....

I just recently kind of got back into Subeta so I made a bunch of new pets... few of which I have actual ideas for, but heck, it's all good. Subeta just got a bunch of cute/cool new pets while I was inactive so I wanted to make some!

I made Agaricus because of my recent interest in mushrooms and mushroom foraging!

Gwynfor is a new character of mine - a shifter. Cŵn Annwn To be exact! I need to get some art of him.

Fionnan is just my 'cute' pet because the nostalgic tigrean is the cutest pet. so I'm just filling his TC with all the items I think are the cutest, and eventually I'll get an overlay for him that looks like my cat, Percy.

Famfrit is a FF12 summon. I just wanted a steamwork pet and needed a name and that one wasn't taken, so there you go.

Odhran is just a name I like. Character will come later. Same goes for Fedlimid and Mikah.

Mideia is a nymph, part of my Fables story (along with Althea, Cillian, Moira, Pierre, and Shade).

I renamed two of my old characters: Frans (who used to be Jaden) got renamed to Eirikur, and Victoire got renamed to Liathari.

My most recent were:

Holtzmann (because Ghostbusters hello best character ever except I just want to fill her page with gifs and I'm a terrible pet owner)

Gambia (because I follow VetClinicGambia on Youtube and they're my favourite)

Cholula (because I love hot sauce really a lot)

Fishpaste (because I used to eat it a lot and it just suddenly felt like a character)

and Sleighbell (because I wanted something Christmassy)

I also changed my pet Albany's name to Gully very recently, and still don't know what to do with him!

I really thought this last time that we got ten more pet slots that I wouldn't be able to fill them all for a long time, but uhhh.... x:

Most of these guys don't have anything on their pages yet because I need different IDs for them (yes I'm one of those people) but over the past few months I've picked up Li, Goose, Crane, Glace, Ginkgo, Capricorn, Smoke, Malachite and Vail.

Li was an existing character of mine, so I was really pleased to get that one. I have story/design ideas in the works for Glace, Ginkgo, Smoke, Malachite and maaybe Goose.

I finally snagged another name that I had been stalking for 7 damn years, Wilhelm!

I just created Grissom and Sidle - in time I'll try theming them in honor of their characters from CSI, for now I'm just enjoying having found two names that weren't taken xD

My most recent pet is several months old now, but its the Zantu named Hyponix. As soon as I noticed people were getting genderless pets, even if it was a glitch, I jumped in there to get me one because it was just perfect. Hyponix was also my suggestion for breed name for the Zantu. It's a mixture of two gods who are associated with dreams and the night. I figured it probably wouldn't be picked because it was the wrong culture, but I liked it so much that I ended up using it as a pet name anyway.

Before that, a year ago, I acquired Archemedes basically exclusively because the scribble Nakota was the best thing I'd ever seen.

Mostly I try to rename/recolor old pets rather than pounding and adopting/creating new pets, which is what I'm working on right now with Ini-Herit. Bby is recolored now needs renamed. But I haven't found a single name idea I like for him.
