Saw Gen-3515 here in the pound and decided to pick them up. This bot's got some good potential as a character and they even have the special Steamworks gender so I'll see what I can do with this.

I really want to do him justice, so I think I'll commission someone to make him a profile, as I don't think my mediocre coding skills are going to cut it for him. Still, I'm excited to see what I can make for him (still working on his TC, at the moment).

I am still having trouble deciding on his species/colour combo. ^^;

I got the pet Significant Other, and I am basing her character off a cool idea my partner and I had over the meaning of the phrase "significant other" :D So far it's going really well!

I just found one of my dream names IN THE POUND - SMILEY!!!

Backstory, I've been crazy for smiley faces since I was about 8, and I remember coming across Smiley on an adoption board at some point, but someone else got to him first and said they were probably always going to keep him. Maybe they renamed that pet at some point because it seems like that was longer ago than this pet's age. But WHATEVER I have the name now and that's all that matters ❤

Now to start hoarding smiley items and decide on a species to do an overlay for... probably either a DM pet where I can make the matters into smiley faces, or else the Experiment 5162 and turn it into a melty smiley face :P

I've had amazing luck lately finding pets on inactive accounts. One of my latest is compassionate, who I just painted sweetheart and I'll be transforming into a caregiver for sick and broken toys :-)

Demonic isn't necessarily new but I just re colored her to a Hydrus clawsion instead of the nostalgic kumos she was.

I did also adopt smoothie the sweetheart kerubi.

I just renamed a pound pet Ging, after the hunter X Hunter character because apparently I'll always be an anime fan girl shrug

Adopted Work In Progress a couple of days ago. Trying to zap into an Experiment. I was going for , but now I'm thinking is more fitting. I want to make a deliberately "unfinished" profile. Gonna be fun trying to make that work for Spotlight. xD

Also picked up Atom Bomb recently. Accidentally used the potion on him before changing species, but I've decided to keep him as a Ghostly, since I don't already have one and I think I can work with that.

Last of all, I created Talos I. Named after the space station in Prey. Goes nicely with my other two Prey pets. :3

Picked up Tricot the reborn lain from the pound yesterday, gotta say I'm quite excited! ;o;

I recently created Computery Guy here as a fanpet of Colin the Computer, from Don't Hug Me I'm Scared 4. Given that I'm a part of the DHMIS fandom, it only felt right to have at least one fanpet and Colin happens to be my favorite character in the series, so it works out real well for me. It's been pretty fun thinking of what items to put in his TC too (though it could use some more oats).

I might make him a Spectrum Cadogre in the future, but Silver is quite fine for the time being.

I created Tick-Tock! He's going to be a clockwork automaton (or is that all he is..?) and the court assassin in my steampunk story. I have some loose ideas for his physical design and personality but nothing solid yet.

I also renamed one of my other pets from the same story/world to Artificer. Much as I liked his previous name, this one suits his position much better!

Looking forward to finally working on their stories! Not so much looking forward to working out how many steamworks trinkets I'm gonna need to buy all the things.

Just adopted Salts! I am very excited to work on their profile and info, I have had the story for them in my head for a long time.

Originally I had planned on only spending my Subeta life with only my five precious pets, since five is already a handful for me, but lately I had been casually checking out the adoption center.

Today I finally found the one and welcomed Zhang He into my litter, who had immediately caught my eye due to his very interesting name. (A pet with the name of a Dynasty Warriors hottie and real-life historical Chinese general during the Three Kingdoms? Definitely too good to pass up lol!)

I wasn't able to find out who his previous owner was, but it seemed he had been neglected for quite some time (a few years) since he's not exactly a fresh-born baby like a lot of the other pets in the adoption center. Knowing that makes me sad, so I'm proud to say he's found a forever home with me c:
