My loves, things are far from over, I don't know whats coming but I do know they're not done with us yet. They are putting razor wire across Turtle Island which is a sacred burial ground. My heart breaks a thousand times over watching this. But what I want to share with you right now is not everything is wartime.

Take a ride around camp with Steven Jeffery Chrisjohn Thanksgiving Day 2016

One does not sell the Earth the people walk upon Standing Rock North Dakota 2016

Yes, you know Tulive and she's trusting you to hush about who she really is. She has a job to do but will not do it under her true name. "Thanks but no thanks, I choose life" - words to live by. She also needs some advice. Does anyone know what you have to do to upload PDF files so other people can download them to print or read? How does that work? Is the "cloud" something that works with?

Anyone know what these are? or these:
And the ACoE have not bothered to enforce their order that DAPL stop drilling but they have ordered the people evacuate the man camp. Really? Because the sheriff said so? He's been saying people have to go home, they will freeze. Then had them doused with gallons and gallons of water when it was in the mid 20s.

Of course he also said the bridge on 1806 is compromised which is why it's blocked off. Does it look compromised to you?

thats a lot of weight for a compromised area

I have a lot of work to do so I'm off until tonight. Please watch those, the spirit of the people is .. amazing.

I saw one of the tribe members park his semi front cab he calls "Betty" short for Betty Boop he said. Right in the middle of the bridge that supposedly is damaged on youtube, he wanted so bad to pull those truck/barriers how of the way.

the last time we tried to move anything on the bridge they tried to kill us. I think leaving the bridge alone is a really good idea personally

Unfortunately that is true, stay away from the bridge if at all possible. Stay safe, and continue with your mission given to you.

My God. Thank you for the video clips, words just don't show you what the eye can see. It was a wonderful experience to ride along and see all the tribes flags and encampments with someone from there. Crazy Horse had it so right - one does not sell the earth. it IS for all to walk upon. May God keep you all safe.

- I personally use Box.net if I want people to download something or read documents online. It's free to Sign up.

It allows 10 GB storage with a 250 MB file upload limit. View full documents in 120+ file types, including Word and PowerPoint, without needing to download the file first. Everything is private until you click to share it. You then have the option of sharing publicly so anyone can access it or you can get a private link which lets you decide who to share with. There is also a collaboration option - people you invite can upload files and documents and, depending on the access you grant them, they can also edit files.

Not to diminish the horror that is going on in Standing Rock Dakota, but....

on this side of the planet Our so-called "peace" partners are setting fires all over Israel. 80, 000 people were evacuated from their homes up North (about 90 minutes drive) on Friday. 30 minutes WEST of Jerusalem the town of Beit Meir was evacuated because of uncontrolled fires started by arsonisterrorists and people had no where to go for the Sabbath, let alone worrying that whole time about their homes... Today fires were set less than 10 miles from where I live.

At this time of turmoil in my realm we must stop and take time to look at the things unfolding across the pond for Judy. The situation is not good. Keep her in your heart and in your mind. Love you girl.

I have box but can not for the life of me figure out how it works, is there a tutorial somewhere? It looks like the things I tested by uploading are only available to me and that wont work. =/

I cant figure out what they could possible be yet but I'm still trying different image search engines using different angles from drone footage. One thing I can't help but mention is we've lost count of how many drones they've taken out. I don't know who that guy is but he's one of the best I've ever seen. That kind of precision shot isn't from run-of-the-mill training - we've got professional killers on the other side of the wire. Not a comforting thought.

Ah yes.. the "Eviction Notice" that everyone involved in this knows will not be honored.

YouTube response : Standing Rock Responds To Army Corps December 5th Eviction Notice

Press : Does this mean that the Veterans are still scheduled and plan to arrive here between the 4th and the 7th? Is that still scheduled as planned?

Dallas Goldtooth : As far as we know, yes.

Eagle Woman : It is. And the last RSVP count that we got for the Veterans that are going to come here is One Thousand Five Hundred Veterans coming so far ..

One. Thousand. Five. Hundred.

When this started I decided to dig into what purpose the Army Corp of Engineers in the area serve. I wanted to know exactly why they are here. I have yet to find a clear cut explanation about why or what they actually "do" here. This is the bad lands. There is nothing here. Police obviously don't care what they have to say, ranchers can get a response from the local 911 immediately, use the word "indian" and they're there even quicker that that. Prairie dogs take care of themselves, they don't do a thing for the reservation or at the forts that I can tell, we don't need any environmental information, we are more environmentally based then they will ever be, they do not have a specific type of duty, and do not perform any that have not already been examined, approved and are ready to be executed. I have no idea why they have a say over what happens on Tribal land, other than their ancestors were part of enforcing the first treaties back in the 1800s. To me they seem like puppets or seat takers.

They know the tribe will not honor or even acknowledge being told what to do on treaty land. Everybody knows that.
The "I stand for blue" bridge gathering was nice to see but I fear you are still missing the point.

It's not the "boys in blue" we stand against, we stand against the threat of contamination of the Missouri river that runs through the heartland.

It's not progress we stand against, we stand against the demolition of sacred sites.

It's not the law, or those who only wish to enforce it we stand against, we stand against the force behind them.

It's not about who is on whose land. It's about protecting that land no matter who walks upon it by protecting the precious resource that flows through it.

I understand that you do not believe the pipeline will hurt us. Try to understand that we do. If we can not stop this you can tell me I'm wrong every day, I won't mind.. until it fails. Is a vital water source worth risking to see how long it takes until that happens? Not to me.

I understand that you do not believe they are desecrating sacred burial grounds. Try to understand that we do.

If you say your grandparents were laid to rest in the church yard but I do not see a carin does that mean you're lying? No.

If I say mine are where laid to rest in the tall grass but you do not see a headstone, does that mean I'm lying? No.

I am not asking you to change your mind. I only ask that you open it to see things from both sides of the coin. I've looked at things from your bridge. Try to look at them from ours. Come experience the spirit of the camp, of all nations coming together. Feel the pulse of the earth, hear the sound of the drum. You do not have to understand the language to feel the unity of spirit.

Join us on our bridge. Stand with our people as we pray the water be protected, the earth be healed and ask blessings come to the men watching us behind masks, batons and guns.

We can not just let this happen. We care too much about our past and have too much hope for our future to let this happen. I understand that they have a job to do. Try to understand we have a duty to uphold.

There are other alternatives for this. All we ask is that they leave Lake Oahe and the river alone.

If you leave your misgivings, disdain and distrust behind when you do this do not be surprised they are not where you left them when you get back. That happens quite a lot from what I've been told.
I wanted to add "Its true that our bridge is nothing like your bridge, but if you stand for something you feel strongly about, you smile when someone points their defense tech 1315 gas launcher in your face. Your bridge didn't give you the opportunity to get the complete experience, the "boys in blue" were protecting your right to gather peacefully. I wonder what that feels like.."

But I didn't.

Word of the day: IRONY "Sheriff Kyle Kirchmeier continues to warn the protesters that many of their tents or shelter in the camp are inadequate for the winter storm forecast for the region leaving them vulnerable to frostbite, the elements and that a heavy snowfall could cause tents to collapse."

This coming from the man who authorized/ordered use of water cannons and hoses after temps dropped below freezing just a few days ago.

- create your folder and upload your files into it. You'll notice that on the right there is the word Share, just click on that to get the link to the folder. Anyone with access to the link should be able to preview and download files. If you don't put the files in a folder, you'll need to share each file separately. So, best to keep them all in one place.

Here's my best guess.

The National Guard is the nation's "police force". That is to say usually the federal government relies on local agencies for non-federal issues. It was last invoked in any serious way as that back when school was integrated in states that didn't want that. This was a risky move my DDE, because the National Guard is State-based.

If the land is not a state's land, and this land is not a state's land it belongs to the Standing Rock Dakota, and if there isn't a war where the USofA can claim to be acting as the foreign policy/army of the dependent nation, then the National Guard has no pretext. The ACE is the executive branch's sheriff then, usually in cases of environmental damage due to natural disasters, but recently in terms of environmental damage due to people either ignoring the terms of their lease or deliberately fucking with the land. Usually on lands that the ACE can be responsible for, which would be federal land or in this case land that is held cough in trust cough for the Dakota they send out a legal notice one day and then shut that shit down the next day. The ACE is part of the army and as such is not meant to be "nice guys' like a police officer who is expected to (try not to laugh, or vomit bitter tears) serve and protect as a user of the state's monopoly on violence to preserve the peace. So after they serve the notice the next day or the next week they come down like a ton of bricks.

It's not clear what message Obama is sending to all y'all if he's asking you to go from the property through the ACE. All y'all are guests of the Dakota, so duh. He could totally direct them the company trying to build the DAPL to fucking stop if he wanted and especially since they are still drilling they could go in shooting. Did I say that the ACE is not a nice agency? He is choosing not to do this for some reason. It's like he thinks that there's a good point on either side WTF?

Anyways, the federal government has apparently not learned their half-billion USD lesson from the lawsuit they lost with the Dine' about just what it means to hold a land in trust for a dependent nation.
