Thanks for the compliments, I was so happy with how this one turned out. I love autumn so of course I had to get something like this done eventually.

What do you guys think about if I commissioned one for spring that was like this only with flowers in the air or something spring-like? And if you like this idea (or think of one that is different) what color would the spring Griffin be?

Oh, I think a spring griffin would be adorable! Flowers or petals in the air would be really cute for that. I think a light grassy green (think Glade pets, maybe?) or a pastel purple or blue would be cute and springy. :D

Yes, I am gathering up ideas so I can submit them, after saving up some money. Sonatine might not request a copy but it means the recolors are twice as expensive. So I want to be judicious when ordering and know for sure it is what I want and think others will also love.

I meant to reply to this yesterday, but things got a bit busy for me, oops. I think a light, grassy green would work really well. Or perhaps, a cherry blossom theme? White, with black and pink markings, and cherry blossom petals falling. Either way, I would really like to see more emphasis on markings, rather than just colors.

I've tried to get the artist to do more with the markings but I can still never see them when I specify that I want them/see the final product. Some of the versions have had noticeable markings though. This newest autumn version was supposed to have multiple markings as well. Actually, almost all of them have markings that are varying colors, you just can never tell. I will try to make the future recolors different with that respect. Also, I like the cherry blossom idea too and wrote it down. Thanks! <3

If you join my regular pin group, which you have, then you will receive a pin when I release the dragons and golden panda (among other releases). I always ping Xanadu first. I will let you know that I plan on releasing one dragon in December and probably another in January.

Regarding the above (cute ^_^ ) panda I will release that for sure in spring at some random time. It's not strictly a seasonal release and I will sell one to people who ask outside of spring. If you would like I will send you an invitation so you may purchase one. Please let me know.

Thanks for the offer, but right now I'm out of CSC. I'll let you know when I'm ready to buy, and if you're out by then, I'm fine with waiting until spring. It's neither a fox nor a dragon so I'm not tooootally crazy for it. (Although it's still super adorable :3)
