That's great to hear. It seems like the V3 wardrobe just keeps better and smoother, and hopefully it will stress the site even less in the future.

The site has been much smoother all of today, so clearly these changes are already making a difference. Hopefully they make a noticeable difference during the first few days of the next major holiday that we usually see 502s/504s during.

I'm still getting errors regularly, including right after I looked at this thread.

Guilty of wardrobe hoarding, would actually LOVE to clear it out more but not a fan of the removal system RN, and straw poll amongst fellow hoarders is a similar feel. I believe there's a new wardrobe being worked on (do correct me if I'm wrong!) so hopefully that will have something more akin to the previous removal system and allow some of us bloat lords to have a good clear out and lighten the load c: (was a big fan of the 'throw it all on the HA and then remove' system, it was simple from a user point of view and supported me having the memory of a teaspoon at remembering what things were) I realise this is a thread about the errors and not wardrobes, but sort of related because loads and rambling now, sorry. :/

I understand how big queries can crash the servers, but I don't quite understand how that applies here.

I have a pretty "big" account, but the site doesn't crash the first time I come on in the morning, which is when I'd expect to be reloaded into the cache. It crashes at random times when I'm browsing the forums or questing. Are you reloading our accounts regularly when we're actively online? Or is it that several other people with big accounts happened to log on at once and crashed the site for me? That seems weird because people have already pointed out that the 502/504s don't hit everyone at the same time.

My experience of the errors is as has described.

~Much appreciate the updates.. will be nice to see some changes coming to wardrobe...streamlining would be nice since it tends to hang up some. Especially in the screens when I am searching for a specific item and the page won't load. LAso I noticed the colour matcher is inconsistent at best..

I second what said. I would love to have a different way to remove wardrobe items, especially one that involves me previewing the item before taking it off. I have really wanted to downsize my wardrobe, but I can't do it with this system.

These sound quite promising, and thanks for sharing them.

Edit: I have a medium-to-maybe-big? account and If anything I usually get a hang, timeout, or a partial-to-fully blank page on my first load of the day. If that general input helps at all.

- Thank you for the update on what's going on. Please, please keep them coming as it helps us and you as we can give you feedback on what we're seeing on our end. I have been one of the people constantly struggling over the past week to even get on to Subeta, let alone have more than 5 minutes of play time before being bombarded with white pages and 504/502 errors. Something happened between Friday and Saturday in that Saturday, I was actually able to play! I thought that I had noticed a pattern to when I happen to get the errors and problems, which I posted about here. I hope that perhaps that can help you all as well. Again, please keep us posted! It helps us help you!

I log in everyday. :) And I have a huge wardrobe. OMG.

I also would like a remove all feature in wardrobe by category. I would LOVE LOVE LOVE being able to delete drawers. I have 4 drawers I've made in error. If not that, then a script to ask us if we truly want to make this drawer. LOL.
Or have a programmer delete a drawer via ticket. Nothing is in those drawers I made in error.
