As for pricing I'm going based off of real currency pricing.

Some things to take into account are:

a) hour and output. The low end I've seen for real USD pricing is usually in the 5-10$ range which can then be converted into CSC. The high end, really, really detailed artwork I've seen usually sells in the 20-40/50 range.

So, you could base it off of just general USD pricing and then convert it into CSC and sp pricing since a lot of artists do that.
