I agree it's not great seeing the same user win multiple times a week, but that's how lotteries work and I don't think forcefully regulating it is a good idea.

Imagine if you are doing Major Drills' quests, you buy yourself a megaticket to fulfill one of his requests, and voila, turns out you won! That's great and all, but what if it's your birthday later in the week and all your friends try to buy you lotto tickets. You can't win, because you already randomly won earlier in the week and there's a limit of winning 1x per week. Not ideal.

I say leave as is.

Nah I think it's fine the way it is. If Person A buys more tickets than Person B, Person A has a higher chance of winning. That's how lotteries work.

It's a random chance lottery, and it works like it should.
