I have the same problem as Nancy.. Everything was working until yesterday and now nothing is working and my HA doesn't show up at all :/

It's really frustrating because I can't use the zapper now. Everything else I can just get and put into my wardrobe for later, but...

I'm having the same problem. I can't see your HA, but other people's show up.

Tried a hard refresh and clearing my cache and neither worked...

HA isn't showing up, wardrobe won't load...if this means skins aren't accruing, either, that's the entire short chance for it gone to waste. D:

I'm on gold anyway, but have disabled my ad-blockers for the site and don't have NoScript or anything else that should be interfering. Resetting my router last night for something else didn't help, and it loaded (and lacked) the same configuration of items in Skins for Internet Exploder.

Mine is back as of right now. As for how long it will stay, I have no idea

yes exactly, I can't see your HA either but others are showing..

I also have the issue with my HA not showing up etc, but my wardrobe is half loading (almost no images, HA not showing and can't edit) and I can still see that there are new skins (: So I guess/hope yours will be there as well when this is resolved.

I hope so, but I notice that the skins aren't actually changing in order like they have before when I get new ones. And it just says 'nacht' every time. This may indeed be a wash. :/ Maybe they'll give us a choice of at least one, to make up for it?

EDIT: Ah, now items are showing up at least. Just not the base layer.

SON OF EDIT: So, I loaded an old shared outfit. It didn't load the dress, but at least something's showing up.

Ahhh yes! Loading an old shared one is working for me as well (: So at least now it's not just blank anymore, thanks for the hint!

Yes, if there are no new ones there in the end it would be nice if they'd let us choose one at least.. I believe I'm actually getting new ones as I can see additional unlocked boxes, but I can't see them in the display box. Let's hope for the best :/

I've been having issues with the Wardrobe for at least several weeks now. I purchased extra face layers, yet when I use those layers, not all of the items that I save on my HA seem to be shown on my HA [when I leave the Wardrobe]. The Wardrobe is not registering all of the items being worn around site, but when I go into the Wardrobe, all of the items are showing up.

Case in point, the site did not register that I had a Hypno-Monocle on my avatar, even though it registered as being on my avatar when in the Wardrobe itself.

I used the zapper this morning. Went into wardrobe to see what skin I got and to remove it and from that moment it all stopped working. I've no HA at all. Won't load and can't see it on the site. Even the items I'm wearing aren't registering on my profile.

Edit: I'm really frustrated and confused. I'm showing currently (just after 6pm subeta time) as hexed. Still my avatar base or what I had been wearing is not showing and will not load in my wardrobe. And of course I just actived my loyalty GA and not 24 hours later I can't use the main thing on site I want to.

Is this being looked at at all?

My extra layers just stopped working, too. They were fine just an hour ago. The wardrobe certainly knows they exist, because it doesn't say I have too much on and it shows I've bought them, but the extra items do not display on the site.

My wardrobe keeps coming and going. it will work for a little while then stop.

i was having some of the issues brought up above earlier this week, and thankfully most of them got worked out somehow but now i don't have a nose? the nose, mouth, and eye layers just show up as a little broken image symbol in the top left corner. i've tried adding them back (like, clicking on the nose i want in the base section) and nothing. adding or removing skins hasn't done anything, refreshing and cache clearing haven't done anything... the hair and base layers still work, and so does everything else in the wardrobe as far as i can tell, just no base facial features?

Try loading an old saved HA. That partly worked for me; some things still won't show, but it at least gave me the chance to edit some stuff on/off. Zapper skins are still borked, though. :(

Had this exact same problem a few days ago! What helped for me was the link to reset avatar expressions, although it did make my HA blank xD

Only issue I have now is some of my old shared/saved HAs are showing as hexed which is strange and rather disturbing when I go to look at my shares to wear one. And I sure would like to know what caused our HAs to break in the first place so it doesn't happen again. Though I guess we'll never know that.

I was able to fix things with the repair avatar link, but I still can't see my HA base on item hovers. For some items it will show just the item without the base, and for other items I get no image at all. :(

Mine has been switching between normal/blank for the past week. Sometimes only a few items load and the rest are blank. Or I'll be halfway through finishing a HA and the pages of clothes decide not to load all of a sudden.

Also, item preview hovers aren't showing my current zapper skin, just the default flesh colored one underneath.

Today, every time I spent more than 5 minutes in the wardrobe my browser (Opera) completely froze up and crashed. No other sites/windows open. It's bizarre. Since giving up on the wardrobe today, it hasn't crashed once. Maybe a coincidence since no one else seems to be having that issue. Still, I'm afraid to go back in there lol

Wardrobe still isnt working.. very frustating. Have tried everything to fix it but no go. :(
