This talented flautist died after trying to recreate a scene from his favourite Muggle book, in order to win the hand of a young lady. Returning as a ghost, he chose the name Darcy after the character he was emulating (although the river he'd attempted to swim in, was considerably deeper, and his swimming skills didn't match that of the character either). His Regency inspired outfit divides those who say it's not quite accurate for the era, but he wins them over with his excellent flute playing.
