It's been awhile since I've taken any full sized/full color commissions and my art has changed a great deal since last I took them. So I was hoping I could get some opinions on how much users would pay in USD and CSC for something from me. Considering opening some commissions in the near future and possibly auction off some slots as well. Anywho, here are some examples of my most recent work:

Well, I'm not an expert but based on the quality of art (which is really good!), I would say perhaps $25.00-30.00 USD for full body and overlay $20.00-25.00 USD? I don't really know if those are comparable to other artists, but that is what I have paid for high quality and detailed art recently on Subeta. However, things that are highly detailed usually come with an extra fee of $5.00-10.00 USD.

[edit] Though I have recently paid $30.00 (each) for two pet overlays. XD lol

- Thank you for the input :) And I know what you mean about pet overlays. The good ones are pricey! I've purchased a few pieces of art myself but they were well worth the money heh. I just thought it'd be a nice break away from drawing my own pets/characters for a little bit and a way to pick up a little money to offer commissions P: (Pretty pets btw!)

- I know how that goes. I'm just about at the halfway point with finishing my pets right now, but so many are in progress. I have so much art and so many stories started lol! One day they will all have something ;~;

Lol yea, I actually have all the stories and art done for all the pets I have ideas for (about 7 of my pets). I'm waiting on their profiles to be created, but they have been commissioned! LOL It is just taking forever -- 6-12 months (but who is counting). lol ;)

I hope you can get them all done though, I know how good it feels to have things done!

- That's awesome that you have all of that done though! Making the graphics and stuff for profiles can be the worst part sometimes depending on the character and the difficulty of the coding. I've been able to complete 20 pets so far this year (which was my big goal) so anything that happens before the end of the year is just extra. And being I have 45 pets now... well, it'd be nice to get more than half done before the end of the year xD Just difficult when I'm drawing most of the stuff myself and coding a good portion of the profiles on my own (simple stuff for the most part thankfully). Definitely a little time consuming heh.

LOl you do have a huge collection of pets! I always think I need to cut back and I think I only have 17 or 18. But you have done a fantastic job of doing all those pets in one year - I'm very impressed!! :D

- Yeah, sometimes I think my collection is a bit too big as well. But I capped myself out until I get at least 10 more pets done. The good news is, I know what I'm doing with all of them. It's just a matter of doing it xD Which of course is the hard part. Ah well. I'll get there eventually! And you will too :)

First of all your art is beautiful. Second of all I feel pricing is relative to size, detail, style of shading, and of-course how much time is spent making the artwork. Pet overlays seem to be worth a significant amount less than full body humanoid characters.

Personally I wouldn't pay more than $10 on the seal overlay. & I wouldn't pay over $15 for the dragonoid piece. The quad full-body seems more detailed and I could see someone paying around $20 for the piece and you charging an extra $5 for the staff item and another $5 for all the detailed markings and other accessories.

Seeing how anthroids are extremely detailed and complex I could see your full body anthroids going up for around $25-$50 depending on complexity. The one with a background is gorgeous, even though you didn't draw the background.

The humanoids have varied styles so that makes the pricing slightly more difficult. Honestly I like the non shaded piece the most out of that lot. But if your not shading the piece I don't think it should go for more than around $10. I've seen similar styles of art as far as the cell shaded pieces and this might be somewhat biased as I'm not a huge fan of humanoid art anyways, but I would charge around $20-$25 for a full body piece depending on complexity. Wings, I would always charge atleast another $5 for complexity.
