Wow - thank you for the extension, that's very generous, especially since so many of the active gold account medals were 1 week medals activated during the questing challenge for the plot. Glad you got this fixed before they were all due to expire so I don't need to worry about "exploiting a glitch" every time I try to do anything on site.

I think I am suffering from something else, but regarding the gold account issue.

When I saw your post, I realized I had forgotten to claim my 10th loyalty box & longtime achievement tier, but when I went to the user options page (also to check the GA times), I didn't get it rewarded.

Should I file a ticket, or is this an easy fix?

Also, I believe that I should be no longer a GA member....

I always buy a 9 month GA from the Cash Shop during Black Friday, so that on August, when I celebrate my anniversary on Subeta, I get a the GA totem to finish up my annual GA benefits, so yeah, there's that as well - yay for staying on topic haha

Yeah file a ticket and they'll be able to help you with your loyalty box and can probably check into your GA too.
