The background is the challenge for this week. There's only one rule to having your HA qualify, and it's whatever item(s) are chosen for that week, that's what your HA has to wear. Sometimes they're shoes, sometimes they're hats, but this week it's a background! So you can do anything you want with your HA, but it needs to have one of the two backgrounds :) Next week will be a different wearable!

i would think just because you suggested the theme, that this wouldn't disqualify you from participating in the round ;) the more the merrier! but i could be wrong idk...

I am think they will like it idea if someone suggest idea and just join for fun without win a prize. It is will not fair for people who suggest a idea to win. It is fair for someone other did not suggest a idea then they can win a prize.

I wouldn't want to exclude anyone, even if you suggested an idea. You still have to find a way make it work :) so if you'd like to use the item, feel free! And if you'd prefer not to then that's totally fine, too. But I wouldn't want to set a firm rule against it.
