well i wasn't going to but i ended up going for another sea creature lol (well, i got lazy and just tweaked this other mermaid i made the other day - the netting didn't look quite right over the tail, so i gave her tentacles instead XD ). might try out another idea too if i get around to it. (edit: yeah well i didn't need to go to bed yet anyway so here is both =_= i shall dub thee tide's curse) Private Outfit

I didn't do a beach related avatar last time, so I'm going for it this time. Mostly I just wanted to try using one of those Realistic Dolls that's normally too big to use because it covers everything up.

CHALLENGE 42: Make an avatar using a Bit of Netting. Have you been keeping up with the fashion news, hm? Has nobody told you that net is just in this season? This week's challenge sees us extending the sea debris theme with this chic flotsam and jetsam. Can you make mesh work once again? While this challenge isn't oceans apart from our previous, we want to see a fresh breeze of creativity! Will you find another way to style these out?

Here's my attempt. I'll learn how to post images in thread as we go along. Does it count if I'm wearing it?
Welcome! Yes, it counts! :) But it'd be good if you could post an image so we don't miss it when we do the draw on Wednesday (I usually scan through any images on the thread).
The easiest way to do it is to go into your wardrobe and press Save - rather than Wear - then go into the Outfits tab. Your outfit should appear there with a code underneath. You might have to refresh for it to show up. Just paste the code into your post and the outfit will show like above. Then feel free to delete it from your Saved Outfits once we've drawn the raffle on Wednesday. :)
