What sort of issues are you having? :) I just tried to upload and had no problems. Make sure you're uploading from your files rather than URL, as URL currently does not work.
whenever i've had trouble uploading something it's been because i haven't cropped my image to the exact dimensions of what my backdrop is. if my saved image's dimensions are too large the upload doesn't go through
