Is this being looked into? As I just get blank page also. Should I fill out a ticket about this to get help?

Mine is blank also. Has been since I started getting back into Subeta again, a few weeks ago. I've tried several different browsers, no luck.

So how do we know if anyone is doing anything about situation?

I've been having wardrobe/HA problems for the past few days. My base is missing, only part of what I'm wearing is showing up, the dresses I'm wearing can't be seen and I have no idea which skin I just got when I zap since the base is MIA. Also I put all of the gourd witch items in to get the achievement but now I can't take them back out again because the item removal page only has the stuff across the top but the list of items is blank even when I type in a search name.

I was hoping this would have been fixed before Morostide is over but I haven't seen a single post in the news or on the boards if this is even being worked on at all!? Is this going to be fixed any time soon??? :(

I'm putting a hold on buying any more items for achievements that go in the wardrobe until it's fixed.

Thank you. I tried that but it didn't work, unless it takes a long time. My base or skin still won't show up in the wardrobe, the remove items list is still completely blank and nothing shows up on the list of what I'm supposed to be wearing. And if I try to change or add anything then everything I have on disappears and I have to start all over again from scratch. Does it take a while to activate?

I have the same issue, but a refresh works for me.

I've tried refreshing in every section of the wardrobe but still nothing. And I won't be buying any more items for achievements that go into the wardrobe until this gets fixed as now I can't remove any of the gourd witch items I put in. And I have no idea what skin I just got when I zapped or even if I got one at all. I feel like I've been wasting a ton of tokens zapping when I don't even know if it's working. Grrr. :(

Every time I want to add or change anything I have to re-do it anyway. But I understand that I'm not the only one having problems, I've seen other boards on the forums about it. OK I will see if a ticket will help. Thanks.

OMG my HA is back again now suddenly. Had to re-do everything but don't remember everything I was wearing when it went MIA though.
