I just finished this reference for my pet, Smut. Baker by day, into some kinky stuff at night. He never bothers styling his hair in the day so it's all floppy, and wears soft pastels and black slacks at the bakery u w u' sorry, only coloured the headshot because I hate colouring.

Hereyouare the Bocksten Man! He's a bog body of XIVth century, and (I don't know why) he has become like a mascotte for me (I'm a re-enactor of his period). I'm quite fond of his history and it touches me a lot.
...yes, it's an hairy skeleton, allright. With a medieval outfit and shiny gold locks.
For body refs, there are pictures of his clothings (yes, the body was found in a swamp and it's the best preserved in Europe): 1, 2, 3. And for hair, there's a facial reconstruction, but I really prefer him like a skull with hair, as it is nowadays.
Feel free to play with his "expression": it's a skull, allright, but also skulls have feelings :P he's vain ("ooooh, look at my gorgeous shiny hair!! I'm 700 years old but I'm soooo cool. And I'm better than you.") and a bit naughty, but definitely not a bad guy.

As for pricing, It depends on what kind of commission you're looking to do- Usually people price like... 5 USD= 60mil sp, or 500 CSC I think you could easily charge between 10-15 dollars, perhaps more!
