Could I trouble you to move this to the Problems & Bugs forums? It's probably not helpful to have two nearly identical topics.

I've recently encountered a pretty big problem with the wardrobe and item previews and I have no idea how the even happened.

Around the beginning of the plot (1st day on the trail, I think), I changed my HA to my current one via the Share > Try on function. I first created this HA around March this year so it was after the v3 Wardrobe was already established.

After chaning HAs, things went south.

My base, chest & back layer went poof. Wearable item hovers for chest & back layers show up as blank, the base isn't visible either.

Also, the wardrobe is pretty much in shambles. The left-hand column which should display the items my HA is using is completely gone. So I can't move items on my HA because that part is just gone. The HA preview is completely blank. So even if I could move items, it wouldn't show up. Changing "tabs" (items, skins, ...) only displays the correct content if I do a hard refresh (Crtl+F5). In the "item" tab, I can click on the items, but nothing happens - they don't appear on the preview, their names aren't displayed, nothing.

I've tried clearing my cache, making sure my add-ons are turned off, using a different browser and posting on the forums to see if anyone had any ideas. Sadly, nothing worked.

Since it might be a glitch/ bug waiting to happen, I took another user's advice and decided to file a ticket just in case. So this is not technically a "please fix this issue" kind of ticket. I've just run out of ideas how else to solve the problem and you have access to programmers who might figure out what's wrong.

If you have anything else I should try or any information I forgot to include, let me know. 😄

I'm using a regular laptop with Windows 10 and Chrome and used Firefox to check if the problem was with Chrome.

I'm not having any problems with Chrome OS and don't see any posts in Problems & Bugs.

Have you tried clearing out any of your cache and cookies? Have you tried disabling extensions and add-ons one-by-one? Have you tried changing to Firefox? Sometimes with Chrome browser plus a different OS than mine you need to re-load several times after clicking Items.

I'm glad I didn't just overlook a topic on this. That at least confirms my suspicions that something on my end went horribly wrong...

I'm sorry, I should have mentioned that I cleared cache & cookies before I posted this. Unfortunately, it didn't help. :(

I have all of three add-ons (adblocker and something that blocks most analysis aolgorithms to make surfing faster) and all of them are always turned off for Subeta. As per your suggestion, I double-checked just to be sure and none of them got switched on by accident.

I just tried Firefox and that's not working either. I didn't use Firefox to log onto Subeta since I bought this laptop so there was no data that might have caused the same thing that's currently happening in Chrome.

Really the only thing that happened between normal - not working was changing my HA. I used a HA I had created a while ago and then shared for a dress-up game with friends. Once I put on that HA, things went south.

if you have set from a Shared Outfit from before v3 Alpha, the layers are out of order and some of them still exist but are below your HA your background.

I first created this HA sometime this spring (around March, I think), so it should be well past the first version of the v3 Alpha.

The problem is that I can't move items because the column where the items from my current HA are displayed is completely gone.

yeah, that should be current. I can't think of anything else that will do that to your items column except Safari. Maybe filing a Ticket in Help to see if you found a new glitch is the way to go here.

Maybe it might merit consideration to monitor the shared outfits function if that really caused the problems in my case. But that's just a thought and not really urgent or anything. :)

As far as I can tell, wearable item hovers are still broken. I did a quick check with a couple CWs that didn't work and they still don't show up at all (for example the Lustrous Fabric Wrapped Cake Pop shows up as blank).

Anything I can do to fix that?

Never mind, that conicided with the lag due to the new obstacle. So everything's fine now. :)
