Yussss I've finally got down what I have in mind for them <3
Alicorn is a Unicorn and the last of his kind, being hunted by the king and his royal guard for it's horn. They chase him for miles and miles, eventually wounding him but he presses on until he reaches the coast and stormy sea. A young girl finds him and nurses him back to health hidden in her father's barn. Eventually the guard comes knocking and forces their way in, and Alicorn flees with the girl on his back. They're chased down the coast to a rocky cliff, nowhere to run. The girl jumps off his back and puts herself right in front of the arrow aimed for his heart, killing her almost instantly. Her dying wish is for him to escape. He sprouts feathery wings on his back and flies away, saddened at the girls kidness and sacrifice to him. The guard is shocked that they accidentally killed the girl, they let Alicorn fly away unharmed. The story is passed down for generations by the seaside village and they say that if you are lucky after a stormy day you can see Alicorn flying around the rocky cliffs, playing with the waves. Sometimes if you look hard enough you can see a young girl riding on his back.
Soooo yes that's the story I've come up with!! I'm sure you've prob looked at most of my pets so far but I'll link the ones I have done/am working on! Shulk, Dalcan, Mat.

synopsis
Flames. It was the thick blanket of heat that brought about the change in Alistair. His eyes scanned about the pub, drinking in both the sights and spirits in his cup. Not a soul appeared to mind his presence, or note the unrelenting surge of energy ricocheting through the mans body. Painful would be an understatement. Alistair had to contain any reaction though, for if he even winced the test would be over. After all, they were watching. Who would have thought the son of a foot soldier would be recruited into such a league as the Bronze Suns.
Even as the drink snaked its way down his throat, it did nothing to quell the embedded flames within his veins. Magic indeed, the shaman had warned before clearing Alistair to take the test. "The only way out is to pass, or perish." Alistair certainly wasn't yearning to go for the latter. Spear in hand, Alistair stood to complete the last part of his trial. Calmly he made his way over to a rather posh looking noble. The older gentleman was surrounded by wenches from all classes. "I don't give to charity, be gone knave." A wry smile fell upon Alistairs lips, despite the excruciating pain underneath. "I didn't ask for any, but I have one for you. Courtesy of the Bronze Suns." Tipping the hilt from the ground, Alistair flipped his spear pommel upwards and brought the point downwards into the man. He drove it through, kneeling down to whisper one last thing.

plans:
I plan on entering Alistair (hence therefore dubbed) into the pet spotlight. They'll have a custom layout, including overlay, minion & dedicated treasure hoard. Other than that I'll be adding on to his character, possibly even extending him into my other characters worlds. Oil is one of my all time favorite pets, complete with minion, layout & spotlight trophy. Lumasol has also recently won the spotlight and is such a fun character to write about. Last but most definitely not least is Ail, whom is secretly my scale-sona. All hail space lizards. I have quite a few other pets whom are WIPs (such as Bop who won the spotlight, but is undergoing a character change, however they will become just as awesome.

TL;DR: I'm awesome, Alistair's ruthless and has a neat spear. PS all hail space lizards.
Hello! I'd like to thank each of you for taking the time to apply! Seeing your ideas for Alicorn and your differing styles on how you do your pets' profiles was a real delight to see, and for those that won't be taking home the pet today, seriously keep on doing what you do. You are all doing a fantastic job, which honestly made this a really difficult choice for me!
I think I'm ultimately going to go with for Alicorn's new owner, but I have something to say to each of you under your respective spoilers! I hope you all have a good day regardless of the outcome - you all deserve it! ❤️

As I already mentioned, you honestly have a great flair to your profiles! I really enjoy how your layouts are set up. The backgrounds look so lovely with your artwork, and you've got a neat / lovely style that really adds a lot of mood / atmosphere / feeling to your profiles. As I mentioned previously, Dusk really stands out to me the most of the ones you listed. It's just so bold and instantly eye-catching, which is really stellar.
Also good luck on drawing your character Centaurress; as a fellow artist myself, I know how long the process can take, especially on mechanical entities! The idea you had for Alicorn definitely had a great vibe - it really sounded like something out of a folklore / fairytale type setting, and I thought it was really neat! Also the idea of Alicorn being a type of alicorn-centaur mix is really interesting (and it's a compelling "idea" image you linked for a visual on that). I also really enjoy the general aesthetic of Steampunk-related shenanigans, and (since Centaurress fits into that kind of genre / would have to do with Alicorn's story).

It's really neat to hear that you had so many "pegacorn" characters! Midnight being a king of those three mythological creatures sounds really fascinating. I wish you'd given me a bit more information when it comes to your idea for Alicorn, because you didn't exactly seem to have anything concrete in mind. While I know you're really talented / have a passion for your pets / OCs / etc., you also didn't link me to any examples of yours. It's really neat to hear that alicorns are your favorite creature however + that it has so much to do with your childhood and why you enjoy what you do now! Childhood inspirations are really fascinating, because they really kind of shape who we become. So thank you for sharing that with me, I thought it was really sweet!

Ohey, have you ever heard of The Last Unicorn? Because I'm really getting some TLU vibes from the idea you had for Alicorn. It really sounds like a great traditional / folklore-type storyline / like something you'd see in an ancient story-telling book of some sort! As someone who really, really enjoys that type of thing, I really like the atmosphere you were going for with Alicorn. It's so utterly tragic but beautiful somehow at the same time, and I kind of like that bittersweet feel. Alicorn sprouting wings at that moment sounds really symbolical, you know? Like no matter what, there is always hope - despite how wrought with grief and sorrow as things may seem.
Concerning your profiles, I think they look pretty nice! Some things appear a little broken for me though? For instance, Dalcan has a broken image on his profile. Shulk's feels like it's missing a background or something. Matrim's TC also appears to display a little overtop of its minion with a blue bar of some sort, obscuring part of that section. I'm not sure if these things were intentional but they throw me off a little. (I do still think it's really neat I once drew you artwork for Dalcan though - who would've thought!) The layouts are otherwise nice, and I'm glad you collect artwork / etc. for your pets!

So admittedly your conclusion section made me laugh. All hail the space lizards! I happen to really like that clever little name combination of the "Ali" part of Alistair and the "Corn" part of Cornileus coming together to create Alicorn. (Portmanteau's for the win alrighty.) The nickname Con also makes a really awesome alias in my opinion. You have one of the most concrete ideas for Alicorn - even going so far as to name his alignment type! I also really enjoy how you included the coloration in your synopsis / plot segment.
The ruthless nature of Alistair seems to fit the idea of unicorns actually being terrible and unruly beasts (only calmed by true purity). I also really enjoyed your inclusion of French here - it adds a nice touch to your story, and ties in the Alicorn idea quite nicely I think. It also sounds like you have some really in-depth plans to further the pet's profile / other aspects! Your profiles have a really neat style to them for the record - they all seem so very clean and slick and precise, you know? I really, really like the colors on Oil's for the record. And Ail's background is bloody gorgeous! You really have such a neat / compact style for profiles! It looks great.
