I've pretty religiously visited Neopets ever since I was 9 (18 now!), and things are a little slow over there as a new company takes over, so I thought I'd give Subeta a go! I joined yesterday, and clicked around for a bit. Can't say I know what I'm doing yet, but I hope I'll figure it out soon, haha.
I've got a Ruffie pet because I adore dogs! He's named after an anime character (who was named after a writer), and I'm honestly really glad the name was available. An advantage of a show having a relatively small fanbase. owo

Welcome to Subeta! It is fairly easy to get a decent name here because users who are inactive for around a year lose their pet names if someone else wants it (but they get a free name change if/when they return) but congrats on getting a name you want :D

Welcome, ! That's fantastic that you were able to get a pet name you adore. I think you'll find that things are a lot better over here than that other site. :)
haha, it's certainly easier to make money. Are there any fansites where you can see what multiple items look like on your human avatar?
The only one I know of went belly-up, I think. But there's an option in the wardrobe to play with items you don't own (you just can't ACTUALLY wear them).
