I am pretty sure there is a different suggestion for a filter for active people on the wishlist search, I can try to find it tomorrow and link it here

Would you like this suggestion to remain open since your idea does not exist? If not I can lock it, but I am fine with leaving it open since your original suggestion isn't implemented :)
