So this isn't the first time that it might take a little while for the point + etc. to be updated. Just be patient guys, I think it takes a few minutes to update.

There was no progress bar - the amount of spiders left was on the Event tab where the challenger appeared.

If the event is over, it will show the opponent as locked for you. You just have to catch it at a time when it's available.

I just killed a couple of spiders, but it's not counting towards my daily activities. :T

Fought the spiders, could only kill 10 or so, then I only got Error messages that no spiders were left even though the trail site said there were still spiders, and now my count still says I only did 2/5 tasks. Great.

Both times I got there as soon as the obstacle appeared, so I guess maybe it's a glitch where some people luck out while others don't!

So glad there's major lag happening during an event...

So has no one gotten the task point for spiders? I have hope then that it's coming late maybe... :| I am at 4 right now and am so close ugh.

I defeated 10 spiders but was not credited and the page is now up to date for me. Is this being fixed?

And yeah, I'm stuck at 4/5 too. Hopefully they'll give us our participation point soon. Still ain't got mine yet either.

I also didn't get credit for fighting spider... will it be given together with the next task/obstacle I participate in?

I also live in a rural / country area, so I get spiders frequently, but I honestly just let them chill wherever they'd like to in my house (especially since they're good at keeping the annoying insects out!). They're literally one of my favorite animals, and it makes me pretty happy to see them wandering around on my walls or just camping out in a web somewhere. (I think their webs are actually really fascinating personally.) Glad to hear you safely relocate the little things - they're just trying to get by like the rest of us. ❤️❤️

I hope we get to catch up as I came on this morning after sleeping and had missed obstacles, went to work, just got back and missed them again. I am on 1/5 as only managed to play Survival :(
