Good morning fellow adventurers!
I noticed that the trail will take a bit longer than we expected.
We (and team gold) are only at the start.
Also, I noticed that the map image has numbers. As a very curious dude I went to check all obstacles and noticed there are two obstacles that aren't listed on the plot guides yet:

The first one seems to be a energy bar decrease or a speed boost. The second one seems to be crossroads. And, according to the map above, there will be a lot of these. This will probably be based on choice, like the energy boost button.
Good morning, Team Blake! What a lead we have, wow!! I just voted for the next speed boost as well, since energy and food are maxed :D
Reading back, I hope Team Gold gets their glitched fixed but it still looks like we have this race leg in the bag, woot.

I was sure we would have been at least a bit further than that. It will take us 3 plot days to get to that first structure on the map, then about 4 to get to the next, then more 5 to the top. That, considering that we cover about the same distance as we did the previous day.
said somewhere that we will be covering more ground during this trail portion. Maybe we'll make it to the first temple building or whatever that is? There might be something more to do there before we head out again.
I guess that's where the Team Gold bonus gets put to use? sP rewards? Does that sP refers to the gold we're looking for? music intensifies
There are 3 plot step prizes in the ID so after this day road we will reach the first temple and we will do a plot step From the descriptions and names it seems like we will learn something about the islanders past :)
You've encountered a Scarab Swarm! You'll have to work together as a team to defeat them all before you can continue!
SELL ME FOOD PLS? 🡺 CLICK HERE 🡸Yup, definitely longer than I expected, plus some potential extra time spent in the tombs (?). It will be a long, hard slog unless the distances are more variable as Laurey says.
Hmm, interesting. /peeks at admin posts I can't wait to see what happens when we reach the buildings!
I make almost not damage to them :( (is this supposed to count toward the day activities? cause I'm still at 1/5 from hunting)
Figures- I can help but this opponent is too strong for me. =(
Does anyone know a good a weapon to beat those bugs?

Maybe you have to win for it to count? Anyway, you should be able to make up your activities at camp, so don't worry. ^^
Can we lend battle pets? I've been on hiatus for awhile before this event so I'm not sure of the rules there? I have 2 other battle pets (both Tier 5) that I wouldn't mind lending. Pretty sure they can beat these guys.
SELL ME FOOD PLS? 🡺 CLICK HERE 🡸I guess :) though I was glad to be able to help with an obstacle and turns out I can't :(
If you know what tier your pet is, there are some threads on the Battle forums that have decent weapons listed by tier.
I don't know if there are any rules against it, but it's difficult to do so unless you want people to keep your pet for 30 days. Because they can't be transferred more often than that, unless you want to go through the adoption center and risk someone else snatching it.
/picks them off with one weapon I guess this is why each training session now takes me 10 hours. :'(
It will only count to your total if you manage to beat one. :o
Technically you can, but if your pet has too many stats a percentage will be lost upon transferring! Let me look up the exact amount. /runs off OH, also, you can't battle with a transferred pet for 30 days! So there's no point in doing it for a plot. :c
"When you send a pet with 2000+ points in a single stat to a friend, the pet’s overall stats will be reduced by 10% Pets sent to you by friends are unable to battle for 30 days." - from here
