You need 250 for it to count as an activity during camping phase. On the road any amount will count.

Apparently staff has also confirmed that Team Gold won't be getting their sP prizes until the end of the event, with the rest of the rewards.

Which kind of also sucks, considering the selling point for that team was getting paid more frequently...
