Oh man. Trying not to be salty here, but a passive speed boost seems OP?

Well, this whole event is a big joke, so... I don't think it's op when everything is so lucky-based... at least I have something to do in Subeta. It's the first time in months (since last non-floating-item-related event) I actually spend over 1h here, and the first time since the snowball war I visit the forums and kinda interact

You know what would be nice at least, is if they got rid of the obstacles once one team finishes. So the other team can just coast into camp and get a break for a bit. ;~;

Voted for speed boost but obviously too late as it looks like they've reached the finish for camp tonight. I'll be back this evening.

Btw, has anyone kept a check on the wagon race over the day? I mean, shouldn't Team Gold run into food shortages, because, you know, we got 20% decreased food consumptions? Yet we constantly have to work about our food supplies. I haven't seen them slow down even once.

Voted - I just want this to end. Hope this streak of bad luck ends soon! Who knows, maybe with today's early finish we'll get a little more than five minutes to break and prepare for the next NPC?

On a more positive note, great work today, team! Proud of each and every one of you; we really gave them a run for their money, even with their additional boost! 😄

What I like the best so far is not the plot itself but our awesome team.

You are all wonderful, people, I love that everyone (but myself) is so positive and supportive and I am glad now that I joined Team Steele (was unsure at first bcos all my friends went to Saggi).

well, our food depleats slowly, but that's not even an advantage, because it's easy to fill the bar. Plus, we seem to get a lot more "the wind blows your team behind" obstacles than them. (remember the first day, btw? we were blown 5% behind...)

I agree, getting rid of obstacles for the team that still hasn't crossed the finish line would make a lot of sense.

At the moment, we're actually moving faster than they are. The last step they were 99.71 and are now 99.79, we were 93.61 and are now 93.71.

Man ever since they got the speed boost and Sephora we've been struggling. Seems she steered them away from a lot of trail problems, maybe not all but it was enough to give them a lead... we hit way too many weather issues... ;-;

Hopefully the next trek will be on our side!

I mean, it's still a fun game, but you spend enough time/effort/money on something and the results matter at least a little, you know? Obstacles are every, what, 30 minutes or so? And they take a few minutes to complete. But most of the time on the trail is spent moving passively, so a passive speed boost seems... unfair. We can hunt to raise food stores, but there's nothing to help passive speed except to boost, which they can do on top of what they already have...

I was filled with dread the moment I saw what Sephora's trait was. :/
