I didn't think my little T9 could do it, bless her! Even still, I used way too many pylonics and throwing vials lol.

Yay! Huge congrats :D Those vials can come in handy, but I hate having to go back and equip them over and over and over again lol! I just wish we could mass equip them even if we can only use one at a time. Maybe like a stockpile of them that re-equips them automatically. I am so lazy!

My T8 couldn't do it. We tried. And failed. And then hung out at the healing place for a while. May I ask which pylonics you used?

Thanks! And I agree. My only hope was chain-freezing him so I pretty much had to re-equip the Glaciating Pylonic and Mercurial Throwing Vial after each embarrassing loss fight.

It was a struggle, believe me. I used the 2 items I mentioned above to try for chain freezes, and Negating Pylonic (blocks all icons) and Regenerating Pylonic (boosts Str and Def by 100). His attacks block all water, ice and dark most turns so any weapons that do other icons are probably solid. I also used Welldweller Cuirass because it's a water blocker and it really saved my butt. It does take the healer slot unfortunately tho, if you have some other preferred healer in your set. And also try to get the parched blessing to activate, so he can't freeze you. A T10 should definitely be able to beat him!

I haven't used the Glaciating Pylonic. I should try it. I love throwing all of the vials lol.

You should! It freezes like the Mercurial so it was a necessity for me xD The throwing vials are great tho. I prefer them to the dark potions but the dark potions can stack so I usually use them instead just because I'm so lazzzzy.

I'm so saddened that the show ended after 5 seasons because it had so much potential to carry on for at least one or two more seasons. But I'm proud of all of the actors/actresses regardless. They're all pretty talented and I still support them in their careers. <3

I have a few diff pylonics & stuff if you need to get in a few wins for loot? :)

I basically used what used (pg 575) with the exception of the Blessed Trident and used the Deadwood Scissorbeak. Don't forget to add crystal baguettes onto your weapon mods and pay attention to your scrolls. I also stocked up on all the shards and pylonics you can bring into the battle. Wind, Earth, Water, Darkness, Death, and Life shards work the most effectively as blockers. A critical strike crystal can work wonders in your game. I tried to predict his freezes, he is not unfreezable just hard and it is a matter of luck. Having a LOT more problems with Cozcoatl. I know it's probably possible but he crit strikes me the first round most of the time.

Ah, that's okay! They're single use anyway, right? I'll just buy my own if I decide to later.

Yep, all pylonics, potions etc that you can equip are single use. Shards from the mage are also useful. ;]
