it's easier to do the 2048 puzzle if you only play in 3 directions. Only use down, left, & right; NEVER hit up. Big tiles will collect at the bottom for you

This challenger isn't meant to be defeated by only one person. We all work together and keep battling it until it gets taken down.

As an individual goal, you want to try and accumulate as much damage against it as you can over a lot of losses. There will be prizes given to those who do the most damage overall, but also to the top damage dealers in each tier.

"You slap the enemy around a bit with a nice large Gold Plated Trout Slapper!"

I ended up skipping that 512 puzzle :/ I could not get past 256 and it was getting on my nerves :P I guess I'll conquer it after the plot finishes haha

It could be that we're getting another (non-boss) challenger. There's still the left flank guardian as well as the middle one.

you can look up a solution if you feel so inclined, the puzzle is a classic one that gets called "marble solitaire".

The battle part of the plot isn't super fun for me considering I'm pretty new and my pets are both Tier 1 :(

Is there really a soultion to this puzzle, be fore i pull my hair out. I cant get past leaving 4 balls and they are not even close to each other.

Oh, that's a good point. Maybe some smaller challenger for people who aren't interested in the bosses.
