It doesn't look like it's a hard limit. Ours is just "full" because we're in the lead. The missing portion of the purple bar is how much they need to catch up to us.

Okay, if you don't want to wait around for us to get your sP out of the group banks, you can also make your own forum group and put your sP in that bank to do Sarah's quests.

When you go to the forum group page, select New Group to make one.

Perhaps we should make a list of all the people who have extra GA medals to donate and keep it on the first post or something? It's getting hard to keep track of who's willing to donate.

I just don't want to have the hassle over how much sp I have. It's a bit much to ask someone else handle. Though thank goodness we don't have the tax event anymore. I'd probably end up helping them hit all those achievements in one go. :o
