Is the obstacle event notice broken or are we just trying to gauge things better?

I'm going to move from my (nice, speedy, powerful) desktop to my (slower, sadder, but still lovely) laptop, so I'm still available for pings (and, if I'm very lucky, another speed boost vote), but will be less prompt in clearing/accomplishing anything. And I MAY suddenly fall asleep -- I just need to lay down and not be upright for a while. (:

Despite the monsoon we're still doing a good job keeping up. Voted for the speed boost, hopefully it'll kick in soon for a little edge.

What do you mean by that? We ping at obstacles. Nothing's broken.

For obstacles we can't do anything about like storms or sunshine, it just shows up without the red notification "HELP YOUR TEAM" bar. The adverse events we can interact with will display the red bar.

In the event that there is a 'nice' amount of sP left in the group vaults, what should be done with it? Like a contest-y thing for the members, prizes bought/donated and given out?
