tbh i really wish you also offered some darker bases--3 is still really drastically different from the 6 i'm at. i love the sweaters but i'm never going to be white, so there's no reason my HA will ever be either.

Hello. I understand your frustration and I'm very sorry about that.

Even though I would like to make base mod HAs for all the bases, so everyone could have them on the base of their preference, it seems to be impossible with the existent demand for darker bases like 5+ right now.

Let me clarify some things. When I released the first animal sweater, I spoke with everyone interested on bases different than 2 (the only color I can work with). Every extra base color costs me around 10$ (because most of the times the artist doesn't want a copy, so it's more expensive than the normal) and since it's very hard to fill most of the "1+ batch" items nowdays, I have to cap everything (or almost everything) at 1 batch. [b]And that means that I don't even recover the 10$ I spent in terms of CSC after I submit the item/[b].

That being said, I still make my base mod CWs in another bases that I don't use and I don't have any interest on, even with a loss of money/CSC, because I strongly believe I shouldn't make CWs thinking only on myself.

We had a lot of interest for Base 1, but most of the people that used 1 could use 2 too. But I decided to make base 1 anyway, even if I don't use it and even if in fact it would even slow the process of filling slots for Base 2, the one I'm actually interested in.

We had a lot of interest for dark tones, but most of people wanted base 3. One or two wanted base 5 (or something darker, like 7) and couldn't work at all with 3, but that is insufficient to fill a slot. I would need 10 people, no more no less to put the item on site. That being said, I would have to spend 10$ for a 5+ base recolor and then still spend around.... 1,5k CSC to put it on site, which was not doable at all because I also have to cover slots for designs that I want and don't fill.

With the body mod CWs becoming popular, I think the darker tone users who are a minority (sadly) should make a ping group for themselves. If you show interest on getting these CWs done, the market will do recolors for you, I'm pretty sure of that.
