Ohhhhhhhh, omg. It seems like I -finally- understood the customwear rules.

Like... another user I know came to me this days to say that I was overpinging it and I was like "but it says ping to advertise new releases" and I just added a new thing today. I read the "once every two weeks" part but based on how the rules are written my interpretation was like "if you don't have a new release, you can reping in two weeks for advertising an old release". D:

Then I was like "well, I'll start writting my pings down on the topic because I must be doing something wrong"... and I'm glad I did so you could finally make me notice my problem! LOL

Also... I've tried to look for explicit pinging rules of the "1stbatch" group but I couldn't find them. Does it work the same way?

I'm trying to chill and do less releases to let people breathe, but I just comissioned sooooo many stuff that I'm looking impatient at aaaaall of this and panicking. T_T

I didn't even know you'd added something new today! It is very difficult to tell when being pinged to that first post because it's very full! You totally can ping to each new release, but it really does help to make a new post with the new item just to show case it otherwise people (like me! oops!) totally miss the item and think there is nothing new!

I don't know the rules on 1st batch unfortunately, as I'm not a part of that group so I cannot help BUT I'm sure if you ask the group maker / owner, they'd be more than happy to inform you for sure C':

I feel you on wanting to release lots of stuff all at once though, I really do. I myself have another 5 items that I'm finished with that I'd like to release (and this is after getting the items down from 30 over the coarse of quite a few months too bahhh) but pacing the releases (at least in my own personal opinion, you may disagree and others might too of course!) it gives people time to recoop their losses, since not everyone can spend real money to get csc!

Ohh. In the start of the post, I added a "ping" section to explain the reasons behind all my pings so someone could correct me if I'm pinging for an unacceptable reason. That was my idea and I think it worked...? haha

I won't release anything more until I finish aaaall my pending ones and I'll proceed slowly next time because it's very hard to fill batches at the moment.

In the start, I thought that it was because my stuff isn't cool enough. Like... most of the releasers have some "tradition" and "story" on site (and a ton of friends to help too!). I'm completely new on this -- started last month -- so I'm a bit lost. ;3;

And now I think I might have overloaded people with stuff to slot on? .-.

I think I have got 10+ items to site in one month and a week, so I probably am overloading people, yes. ;3;

While you can ping to advertise a new item, your second post with your releases is a bit confusing and all over the place. It's hard to know what's new and what isn't since you're releasing a big quantity of item all at once. A good way to get interest + do early slotting and minimize clutter is to pre-slot people by using your forum tied to your forum group C: ! Plus, as said, spacing your release will be helpful and give a chance to gear up on CSC.

If I remember, 1st batch is frequently used when a first batch is not filling or is almost filled (~ 2 slots) but don't quote me on that. It's usually a bunch of people helping out to get the item onsite.

We as releasers have all a different style. Everything is in my first post (small rules + release) and my third post contains all my past released items.
