Sorry, full spectrum please!

Did you want the full-body shadow of the full spectrum, or the half-shadow version as well? Or just the half-shadow? There's two different styles, with one just being the top half to do better with booties.

Okay so I admit that I have no idea what "slotting" actually is because I usually just buy out of people's CW shops but I'm definitely interested in a copy of the Full-Spectrum Star Shadow!

Yeah, slotting is counter-intuitive if you're not on the forums often, and it is one of the reasons I put things in shops in the long run.

Do you want the half-shadow version of it, or the full body version? Or both?

It's totally fine, I'm glad to help! I just wanted to see for the batch, since there's only one extra slot left, I have some extra CSC to cover it and show you the slotting process now.

In just a moment you will likely get an event box that will say, "You have been assigned a slot for a custom clothing item!" Once you click on it, it will take you to a page with a preview of the item and a place to click on the pay for the slot (or refuse it). This is the slotting process. Once you pay for it the item does not immediately show up, all of the slots have to be paid up before it goes through the queue. Once it is approved by the person running the queue, a copy will automatically be placed in your inventory.

The slotting/payment page stays open for a bit, it doesn't time out. It will also show up as a notification on the Custom Wearable page if you have a slot pending. so you can get back to it even if close the event or click away from the page.

Some people are more exacting on slots, where they want you to pay within 24 hours (since an item can't be submitted until the full cost is paid). I'm less picky on that and you can it tomorrow or whatever, it'll just be something to check in a person's rules if you slot through the forums on anything else.

Payment will definitely be within 24 hours though so no worries there! I'll make sure in the future to have the csc on hand when I claim for something.

Yeah, the having CSC on hand is one of the downsides of the process. On the other hand, it can be cheaper (the star shadows would have to be 500 CSC in shop for instance), because shop price is always 100 CSC above its price category.

subeta.net/forums.php/read/872861 is the ping group for the customwear group, and some people take slots through it for items that never make it to user shop. It gets a LOT of traffic, though, so you don't have to use it. But you could keep it in mind for your own releases, and look through what gets linked to get more ideas on how people do it.

Excellent! You're slot one on a third batch of the for the 450 price, I'm pinging customwear one more time to see if anyone else wants to slot in on it at 450 before it goes to my shop in July for 500 CSC instead. If not enough people slot for a full batch, you'll still get the discount.

okay i definitely remember seeing this item slotting and then losing track of the thread, so I'd like to slot on the half spectrum star shadow if that's still possible? I definitely don't use the HA base legs enough for the full one

I've had this idea for a while and asked Sonatine to make it so ::picard::. This gold pattern can work with the various Pearled Wings as an overlay for them, making it versatile across several CWs, or used as its own item. I'm going to try and submit it as a partial BG first (it doesn't have specific linework to delineate wings, so I figure it's worth a shot), which is 400 CSC per slot. If it gets kicked back as wings that may go up or I may wait to release it as DTS, but I figure I might want to try now since gold is such a nice October/harvest color. It will go to my shop after batches fill regardless, unlimited, but it will be 100 CSC more than slot price.
