Okay folks, I need some convincing. I need some reasons as to why I should join Team Gold. Other than the obvious more treasures.

Subeta events seem to always occur when I'm busiest IRL >__< but I'm giving this a shot anyway. Team goooold!

• Saggi is a successful businessman who regularly shares his wealth, and is not opposed to going outside and getting his hands dirty (albeit in the form of killing dragons).
• Blake is a jerk who takes credit for other people's work and apparently has issues with paying people for the work they do.
• Stylish gold and purple colour-scheme.
• A well-funded expedition is a successful expedition.
• Get to look at pictures of Saggi a lot.
• We seem to be the smaller team, and the smallest team pretty much always wins in competitive group events on Subeta (if that's even what this is).
• This picture basically sealed it for me.

~ Very good points to consider. Which is a big reason why I am hesitant to join Blake's team. I do like the idea of more time to explore/excavate, but I also think Saggitarius may be more successful. I did see that picture yesterday and I do love it. :)

Well, sod it. I've weighed the pros and cons and Saggi's team seems more chill, so I'm joining up.

sooo i dunno, is it just me, or do Saggi's dragon hunting adventures seem a little sketchy? did he really slay any dragons, or did he chicken out and just swoop in once the dirty deeds were done to claim the gold and glory? i just can't see him wanting to soil his threads, even if it's for fame and fortune...

needless to say, i'm leaning towards joining team Gold because sP. what can i say, i've got expensive taste. even if Saggi is a bit of a dick. oh well, at least he has a sweet monocle.

anyways, i suck at making decisions, so imma hold off for a little longer...i just wish i knew exactly how long we have to pick a side.

For what it's worth, Saggi isn't exactly a pushover as a challenger in the battle coliseum. :P I can beat him with my battle pet, but lemme tell you - Saggi does not pull punches. So if there is fighting, I fully expect him to join in the fray.

I have nothing against Blake Steel personal. I just love Saggi. shrugg

good point. me and my T6 pet haven't battled him yet. i guess he's gotta be fairly competent if he's going to wield that sword...

The news post did say we had "a few days" to choose, so that's probably at least three days in total, so you have maybe one more, possibly two. I reckon it'll get going properly on Friday so we have the weekend the get acclimatised/ do some participating.

Although, that said, better safe than sorry, no time like the present, and so forth...

Smaller teams usually win because lazy users look at which team is biggest and join that one to just ride on coattails and skate through.

Which is exactly why it's important for us to try so hard to win!
