I think that the heroics involved come into play in dealing with the leaders of the expeditions.

: I'm not too sure about which team I want to join. To me it's a matter of which choice leaves the least bitter taste in my mouth as I am not overly fond of either candidate...I mean businessman. Furthermore, as a resident of Omen, I can tell you that these islands are mysterious and exist in a delicate balance of many forces, pirates, Islanders for sure...but also the ecology, the mysticism, the otherworldly...all play an important roll here. Lest we forget the incident with Amy a few years ago when large numbers of mainlanders 'invaded' in search of gold trinkets and interaction with the Islanders. The balance was upset and a young girl lost her life. I'm very afraid of what trouble Blake and Saggi might 'dig up' as it were.
