Hello :) If that CSC slot is open, could I offer 500csc for a bust of her?

She's my general OC so you can draw her in any outfit you want but her eyes must be very yellow and her hair light blue. Her skin tone is like my HA If you like a particular anime, she probably has a persona in it so I can give you a bit more info about it (outfit, expression, pose, etc). If the slots not open anymore, I can repost this when it is ^^
