You need to cash in those coins! There's some pretty good stuff to be had (also some junk too, unfortunately.) Go to Centropolis and in the lower left hand corner you'll see stairs leading down to the Lower West Side. Click on them. Then you'll see Coin Machine, click on it. All the available coins are listed and you'll see a You Have One (or more) of This. Just keep clicking on the ones you have. Sometimes, just to tease, your coin gets tossed back out. Nothing to worry about, just put it back in. Go for it! I hope you get some pretty good stuff.

Oh no, you don't need cash. When I said "cash them in" I meant you exchange them for whatever your prizes will be. You just go to the coin machine, see what it says you have and click on the machine. Make sure all your coins are in your inventory. I have to say I'm concerned about you receiving a Red Special Coin 23 days in a row. That's not right. The biggest thing you're missing out on is CSC's. We get those 3 times in our 30 day cycle. I suggest you file a ticket and let a UA look into the issue and she if she can find where you're stuck. I hope this gets straightened out for you.
