I've tried several times on multiple devices just in case my page wasn't loading right due to my own technology or poor internet connection or something, but it still doesn't work. The tutorial gets stuck on the first page - there's no way given to complete the tutorial or even move on past the very first page about creating your first pet. Here's a screenshot:
