this has been fixed. Go to Achievements and click Claim Titles.

I still don't have my Dolled Up title and I re-bought the dolls and nothing works :(

If the claiming titles page isn't working, you could try filing a ticket to see if they can unlock it for you.

I could but it ain't that big a deal for me to be without it. I never used it.

Yeah, there's only three forum titles on my end, too.
