It has the 'you'd sure like to see an image here, eh?' scrawl for an icon, and I believe it's a Colisseum weapon for an NPC. I do not think this is supposed to happen.

Fixed! This now has the proper rarity of 300 (staff). The hover of it might take a bit to catch up because of cache. :)
