"My parents insitited I learn both French and German. I learned Latin because history is my favorite subject."

Millie turned her attention to the black board and started reading about succulents. She started to paint her pot sky blue when she finished reading and was waiting for everyone else to catch up.

"I only speak English, though from what some people 'ave said, I manage to butcher that easily enough... been told it sounds like I've got marbles in me mouth."

"I know you may not believe me, but I've never really noticed your accent. We have people with all kind of accents come into my mum's bakery. I've gotten used to different accents."

Magnus smiled and laughed, though the shock was evident on his face. "Ain't ever 'eard no one say they don't 'ear me accent."

"If you would like to take a closer look now you are welcome to! All succulents will react differently. Nan mixed all the seeds together so we won't know what we get till they grow!"

A mood detecting plant sounded like a fun one for his dorm room he thought. He looked over the plants carefully as he wondered if he could get one of those Limelights.

Millie smiled at Magnus and turned her attention to the succulents guide. She liked the idea of having a mood detecting plant in her dorm. There were already several different plants in the common room. She liked the idea of having her own plant in there.

She finished painting her pot and was happy with the finished product.

Beth walked up to the succulents. She took out her notebook and began taking notes. She bent down and took a closer look at each one making sure to write down their characteristics.

"Are there special instructions on how to care for these succulents?" Beth asked .

"Not really. Succulents are a great plant because of its low maintenance care. As long as they have sunshine, proper size pot and soil, and get watered once a week; twice when really hot or the plants looks like it might need water, would be all it takes for them to be healthy. A little pruning can help, but mostly that it is done to start new plants instead of using seeds." ()

Gaia smiled at Beth and turn around towards Magnus "You could always plant more than one and keep them here." ()

"Alright, I'll plant extra then. You think we could 'ave one when they grew? I think Millie also likes the Limelights too." He gave a smile, not at all weirded out that Gaia read his thoughts. It wasn't really that hard to know what Magnus liked really plus he was rather used to it now.

"Of course! You make take whichever you want as long as you grow it yourself or ask others permission! I think it would be good research to see how the plants behave in different environments with different people and care! Nan would be most pleased if you write her and let her know about your home findings!"

Gaia turned to the rest of the club "Feel free to roam around and plant as many of the succulents as you like! Make sure to use some type of personal marker so you know which ones are yours. We need to prepare for the next session!" Smiling Gaia went back to finishing some seedlings she had potted.

His smile brightened even more as he happily agreed to help record the plant's growth for her grandmother. Practically skipping he began to plant as many of the seeds he could, with little markers so he could keep track of them and record findings.

Gaia laughed "You know you could come visit for the holidays! Nan has some rare succulents growing. She thinks one of them might help make someone invisible... but who knows? She has all sorts of plants growing for the winter!"

"That would be brilliant!" he said brightly, "I think I'd get on really with Nan. Plus, you know, 'anging out wif you."

Millie collected her belongings. She knew the perfect place to keep her succulents. She waved good bye to everyone and started to make her way back to the Hufflepuff common room to get some homework done.

"For sure! You know she welcomes all the free help she can get! My aunt is getting busier at her Apothecary so Nan has to work a bit more to get enough plants for herself and my aunt." Gaia noticed Millie () leaving "See you next session!" and waved as the girl left.

"Bye Millie," Magnus said waving to the Hufflepuff. "'Ave her send me some. I can care for some and we can ship 'em back to her. I don't mind taking on some extra ones."

Millie waved at Magnus and Gaia. "See you later! Can't wait!

Gaia stopped for a second considering something "How do you feel about the Whomping Willow?"

"I think its cool, though reckon it don't feel too good to get whacked with it." He gave her a slightly perplexed look wondering what she was thinking.
