Chiffon Cake: Blossom Strands + Letter Dress

I wanted you to know that this was never forgotten. I tried to submit it again on my own after purchasing bonus CSC last month and it got another rejection again. Sigh~. Below is the reason.

Unfortunately, I started working around the time I received the rejection, so I've been trying to cope with my new job, a short online course... No, make that two short courses that I have been doing one of which that hasn't even been started yet but it's needed for my new job, which makes me want to cry. Added to that a user here just not even being understanding... But honestly, that's another matter altogether and a reason that I took a hiatus too.

And then the artist being busy planning her own (happy) life event too, which hence the total slowness. Phoo.

31 Aug, 09:34:15. Hey sorry, I was in a bit of a funk when I sent that. After a good night's rest, I had decided to open a ticket to see if I could get some confirmation about what's truly the issue (whether it's a style thing, saturated colors, etc) and if Jessi believes it could be fixed. The ticket is currently in her name, so we'll see. I won't be able to get back to you right away because I'll be spending the weekend moving the entirety of my possessions into my fiance's home, but please know I haven't forgotten. 2 weeks now until the wedding!

Hey Mokona, 08/29/2018 - 08:22:12: I think at this point it would be better if I refunded your money for the wig. I've gotten the help and approval from several CW artists onsite, and the item still isn't being accepted. Given some of the drama happening in the CW community right now, I'm not terribly surprised. With this wig being anime-esque as well, it's a departure away from the wigs currently onsite. To be approved, it would probably need to be a wholly different style, which isn't what you'd wanted. :(
