hi i'm having issues with a custom code for my pet's profile gave me her base code that she used for her pet but even tho i've only changed the content within the code and not the code itself for some reason i'm getting this giant white box where she has not. i've updated it to replace all the symbols like you've instructed but it's making no difference. my code was perfectly fine until like a week or two ago when it just suddenly changed. not sure if i should file a ticket or what?

I have tried using the decimal code for the "greater" bracket. It only ends up removing anything I write before it.
