i think the thinner overlay lines give it a more ethereal, gentler feel, while hopefully adhering to the CW guidelines. Violin already helped me with all the clipping masks and stuff, so that really helped! and the CW was redrawn and reanimated with my first time GIF making skills (thanks so much Violin for teaching me! TwT) so the blinking has a different timing. i hope it doesn't get denied too many times, but considering it's my first dress thingy, i shouldn't have be surprised teehee xD
