Looks like they're a recent release, so they popped up right away when I searched in the wardrobe. :P Those are really lovely and will probably end up all over my wishlist at some point, but what I'd like to do is take my existing lot of a few hundred tights that all have waistband line art and make them disappear. I was building a new HA tonight and ran into the problem, and it reminded me how many times I've run into the same problem for years now. As much as I like buying new tights, I own WAY too many already that would be perfect if only I could get that silly waistband to stop showing through my layers. :P

ahh yes!! that was the one I thought about : D for the overlay do you want it as is like the reference (like covering hands too and starting from the neck? or just the neck onwards to parts that can erase tight lines? :0?

and if possible lemme know which specific tights you wanna make sure they cover? :0 tbh ive been mia on subeta for some point too but it makes me sad i havent drawn in such a long time ;c so i wanna take up commishes to that i can at least draw a bit!!

Let's stick with just the neck down (no arms/hands) and fading out slightly under the lower waistbands found on tights such as these:

Extra descriptions : with all the recent wig colors that have been released with their bright and vibrant colors I think using the same color palette to make some fancy eye shadow would go over really well. This item could be simply the colored shadow or you could add lashes to give it that extra pop. You could even add glitter or freckles if you see fit.
