Love them all. For excavation either the hover or text under the art of digging up the past is fine. I have no preference so long as it is legible for nomination purposes. hi i am working on your layout rn just wanted to check on a few things. are you keeping your minion/minion name the same? also, what is the adoption/birth date of your pet? i'm gonna put those directly on the layout graphic so i can plan a bit better with spacing and stuff since right now i'm just like... guesstimating.

it's probably because you have another profile up and it's hiding the information! (you can either take the profile down or i can look on a different browser and hide the layout myself, nbd)

as for the overlay thing NOT OUT OF LINE AT ALL, but! i know one of the rules for custom overlays is like "don't just adjust hue/saturation/color for artwork" cuz it messes with lines and stuff? and that's basically what i did (which on a profile it's really not an issue), but like for an overlay idk i wouldn't want you to have it get rejected. but i know there are people that will do recolors (bless their souls idk how they do it if not for adjusting stuff) freebies market where you can find someone to do a recolor. i'm sure if you just show them what i did, they could match it (i can send u a bigger image if you like just so it's a better reference but i just really don't want to give you this overlay and you submit it and staff be like NOPE so i want to make sure you get the best version possible!)

in regards to the profile! i am going to make kissypus blue to match the profile better, is that okay? and no issue about the minion! you said he was a silly pet, so a silly minion is perfect! :3

I think the Kissypuss being blue is amazing! I did not even know you could do that! I might just get off my dead rump and do the recolor for the overlay myself. (Unlike coding) I do not lack those skills, but I do lack ALL confidence! sigh

I absolutely LOVE it! Never trust me in matters of taste! I'd fill it up with gears, until it was cluttered and awful looking...I think it looks great, and I love the colors for him. Still trying to find an artist for his overlay, but that doesn't impact what you are doing at all...

(there do seem to be a bunch of Pittsburghers on this site. If you can afford it, get a block heater installed on your car, and plug it in on cold nights. It made all the difference with my crabby car!)

(just credit both the artist and the comic publishers) but you should always comment the dA artist and check to make sure it's okay to use the art for a pet profile (i will do this one last so you can at least message them) really that was just it lmao also how is this for a candle img but if i slow it down a lot so it's not so jumpy/ more calming (and then i can find a still candle bg to layer in the bg, kinda like i did with Stratiform and the lightning bgs+gif?)

The Tailgate art is official. It was used as a cover for the comic a while ago, lines were done by Nice Roche and colors by Josh Perez - it's property of IDW however. I'll ask Josh (dyemooch) what he thinks about us using it. I just sent him a message on deviantart and I will let you know when he responds.

Really like the candle gif, slowed down I think it would look really nice. <3 That sounds like a great idea as well!

okay so i changed my mind on the candle gif i was like no it doesn't loop perfectly and there was nothing i could do to fix it :c

so i started a WIP lemme know what you think still gotta adjust for minion, spotlight, and pet image (or at least decide how i'm gonna put those in there)

(i can also slow that gif down a bit but i don't wanna slow it down tooooo much because like when candles flicker it's fast but for some reason that looks too fast to me? but i will mess with it but i wanted to do that last since it's the gif and that's a mess of an ordeal)

also i downloaded lots of brushes for dr. L. i'm gonna try to do a background from scratch for you! and i think i have an idea for the blood battle stat thing ;)
