Actually on the step where you choose which autopricer to use, it does say it.

Autopricer: Will price items up to 5,000,000 sP. Submitted values over 5,000,000 will be ignored. Super Autopricer: Will autoprice your shop and price items up to 100,000,000 sP. This costs an extra 100 CSC, so use it wisely!
