I have ! 700? As for privates, it's not illegal just frowned upon for people to sell without permission. Generally if you slot on a private, the releaser asks you not to sell/trade/lend and offers to buy back or can give you permission to sell within their private group. It may just be that whoever you got them from forgot (or it could be a public copy if you paid a ton for em). As far as I know, all the colors are private, though.
